About ME

I'm a user experience designer for web and desktop applications. I believe in talking to customers frequently and including stakeholders in the design process. I work best on teams empowered to make decisions and ship quickly.

I've spent the past five years at Amazon Web Services on solving usability problems for data administrators and engineers. Previously, I worked on the GoToMeeting endpoint team to communicate complex audio states in a visual way. I worked at Autodesk on InfraWorks and Revit, where I learned a whole lot about drainage analysis and structural engineering with precast concrete.

I love public speaking and facilitating workshops. I’ve spoken on UX careers, redesigning legacy software, sketching, user research techniques and design tenants.
